CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

We apologize after an order is placed, no changes can be made to the order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, all sales are FINAL.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We are unable to accept any returns due to not being able to restock products once it has left the company. This regulation is in place for sanitary purposes!!

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are FINAL. 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER? 

If your package is returned to us after an attempted delivery you have 2 options.

Option 1: We can send the package back to you but you will be responsible for covering the shipping fee. 

Option 2: We can refund you for the products you purchased but shipping fee WILL NOT be included in the refund.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping takes 5-10 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

J3z Cosmetics is and will remain a cruelty-free company. We do not test our products on animals and we will continue to hold true to this principle.

Wrong address on an order...

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, J3z Cosmetics will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. 

PLEASE NOTE: If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order and will not provide any refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review all orders before checking out.
